Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Timeframes

Please note that "Total Delivery Time" = Processing Time + Shipping Transit Time.

Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier (which can take 3-5 days), the estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • USA Special Line: up to 5–7 business days.

  • International Special Line: up to 10–15 business days.

Note: These are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery location.

  • Combined Shipping: To save you money, we use a "First Item + Additional Item" rate. Adding a second or third item to your cart will significantly lower the per-item shipping cost compared to buying them separately.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through our store or the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after the label is created.

4. Important Disclaimers & Terms

  • Process Times: Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. During peak seasons (holidays), this may take slightly longer.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched.

  • Customs & Duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their local government.

  • Service Delays: While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by carrier congestion, customs clearance, or extreme weather conditions.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows 'Delivered' but you haven't received your package, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact the the UBX support team at support@ubxtraining.com within 7 days of the delivery date so they can assist you with a replacement or claim.
