If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, you’re eligible for a replacement or full refund.
- Report the issue within 14 days of delivery

- Description of the issue
- Clear photos
2. Can I return or exchange an item if I change my mind?
No, returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Incorrect size ordered
- Minor colour differences from screen to print
- Incorrect shipping details entered at checkout
Make sure to check sizing and details carefully before purchasing.
3. What happens if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?
- Lost packages: Report within 7 days of the estimated delivery date
- Damaged parcels: Take photos of packaging and items before discarding

4. How long does shipping take and how can I track my order?
- Processing time: 3–5 business days

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (allow 24–48 hours to update).
5. Can I cancel or return my order after placing it?
- Orders can only be cancelled while in “In Review” status
- Returns must be approved by support first
- Approved returns must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Sent back only after confirmation
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. How do I care for my UBX apparel?
To keep your gear in the best condition:
- Machine wash at 30°C (gentle cycle)
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry on low
- Iron on low heat (avoid ironing directly on prints)
- Do not dry clean
