Refund policy


At UBX, we want you to be happy with your gear and therefore have specific guidelines for returns and replacements. 

1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or has a printing error, we will gladly arrange a replacement or a full refund.

  • What Qualifies as Defective:

    • Printing errors such as misaligned, faded, or missing prints.

    • Incorrect items shipped (e.g., wrong size or wrong product).

    • Items damaged during production or transit.

    • Significant quality issues with the garment itself.

  • Timeline: You must report the issue within 14 days of receiving your package (extended from 7 days for better customer experience).

  • Process: Email support@ubxtraining.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.

  • Escalation: If you encounter issues with your resolution, contact us at support@ubxtraining.com.

2. Lost or Damaged in Transit

  • Lost Packages: Claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Contact support@ubxtraining.com to initiate a trace.

  • Shipping Damage: If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item before discarding anything. This helps us file a claim with the carrier.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Buyer’s Remorse: Returns are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or if the item was printed accurately to the design.

  • Incorrect Sizing: We cannot offer refunds for the wrong size ordered by the customer; please check our size guide before purchasing.

  • Minor Variations: Minor color variations between screen displays and the printed product are normal and do not qualify for a return.

  • Incorrect Info: We cannot offer refunds for items not delivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.

4. Return & Refund Requirements

  • Return Window: Return claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after delivery of the order. Contact support@ubxtraining.com to initiate a returns claim.

If a return is specifically approved by support:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • Authorisation: Do not send items back without prior confirmation.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, shipping costs are included in the refund for confirmed defective items.

  • Refund Process: Once approved, and returned item/order is received, refunds are issued to your original payment method. They typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled for a full refund while they are in the "In Review" status.

  • To request a cancellation, email support@ubxtraining.com immediately.
